Hats and Crowns

Hats are a Bin Tycoon benefit and are a way to show your social status on Bin Weevils. There are a vide variety of hats on sale at Hem's Hats inside Dosh's Palace. Ran by the character Hem, the shop sells hats for your weevil. There are many hats on sale such as crown hats, spiky hats, viking hats, flower hats or headdresses. Many hats have different variations. All hats sold at Hem's Hats are obtained via Dosh. Every hat requires a maximum level.  

Due to the complexity of the way the weevil avatars are formed, and the fact bug insects wearing clothing would feel inappropriate, hats are the only accessory for your weevil. Unlike other MMOs, the quality element to the gameplay focuses more in other areas than clothing. Players can, however, customise their weevil avatars with a range of colour and combinations to match their hat collection at the Bin Weevil Changer. There is a strong trend on Bin Weevils, which involves high levelled weevils with high XP wearing the most desired hats.

Hem's Hats is a shop located inside Dosh's Palace. This shop is ran by Hem, the Bin's expert stylist and ultimate hat collector. Hem sells over a 100 hats for Dosh. Players can stamp their Bin Cards every day to collect vouchers to spend in Hem's Hats.

Before 2013, Hem's Hats was located on Tycoon Island inside the Tycoon Plaza. This members-only shop was launched in 2010 along with the expansion of hats. In March 2013, Hem's Hats was relocated to Dosh's Palace. This changed made it easier for weevils to customize their weevil, as the Bin Weevil Changer is located outside Hem's Hats inside Dosh's Palace.
